Lead Mediator - Steve O’Gorman LLB MBA MSoM

Steve is a well established professional manager, with over 30 years experience in line management, project and service delivery, commercial management and business ownership. He has directly managed teams of up to 250 people.

For most of his career he has worked on both customer and supplier sides of contractual and commercial negotiation, with extensive involvement in conflict resolution and dispute management.

Initially, Steve trained in Law and was in Practice for some time before moving into industry.
